Doctorate in Business Administration Program
Welcome to Growthskale Institute. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in the Doctorate in Business Administration (“DBA”) Program at Growthskale Institute (“Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in the program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
1.1 Eligibility: To enroll in the DBA program, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Institute, including but not limited to possessing a Master’s degree in a relevant field and providing all required documentation.
1.2 Application Process:
- Applicants must submit a complete application form along with required academic transcripts, identification documents, and other relevant materials.
- The Institute reserves the right to reject applications at its sole discretion.
1.3 Admission Confirmation:
- Successful applicants will receive an official admission offer.
- Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the required program fee.
2. PROGRAM FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Fee Structure:
- The total program fee is specified in the official fee schedule.
- Fees may be subject to revision, and any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
2.2 Payment Schedule:
- Fees must be paid as per the schedule outlined in the admission offer.
- Late payments may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of enrollment.
2.3 No Refund Policy:
- All payments made towards tuition, registration, and other fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- If a student withdraws from the program voluntarily, no refunds will be provided.
- Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete the program, or inability to meet academic requirements.
3. PROGRAM STRUCTURE AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Curriculum:
- The DBA program follows a structured curriculum consisting of coursework, research modules, and dissertation requirements.
- Growthskale reserves the right to modify the curriculum as deemed necessary.
3.2 Attendance and Participation:
- Students must attend all required sessions, seminars, and meetings.
- Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in disciplinary action.
3.3 Assessments and Examinations:
- Students must complete all assessments, assignments, and examinations as per the academic guidelines.
- Cheating, plagiarism, and academic dishonesty will result in immediate disciplinary action.
3.4 Dissertation Requirements:
- The dissertation must meet the Institute’s academic and ethical standards.
- Supervisory approval is required for submission.
4. CODE OF CONDUCT
4.1 Student Responsibilities:
- Students must adhere to ethical standards, academic integrity, and professional conduct.
- Any form of misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, or fraud, will lead to disciplinary actions, up to and including expulsion.
4.2 Disciplinary Actions:
- The Institute reserves the right to suspend or expel students violating its policies.
- Expelled students are not eligible for any refunds or reinstatements.
5. TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT
5.1 Voluntary Withdrawal:
- Students may choose to withdraw from the program but will not be entitled to a refund.
5.2 Dismissal by the Institute:
- Students may be dismissed due to misconduct, or non-payment of fees.
- In cases of dismissal, no refund will be provided.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Ownership of Coursework and Research:
- All research and coursework submitted as part of the program remain the intellectual property of Growthskale.
6.2 Use of Materials:
- Students must not reproduce, distribute, or use Institute materials for commercial purposes.
7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
7.1 Indemnification:
- Growthskale Institute is not responsible for personal losses, injuries, or damages incurred during the program.
7.2 No Guarantees:
- Growthskale does not guarantee job placement, career advancement, or financial success upon program completion.
8.DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
- If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
9. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
9.1 Modifications to Terms:
- Growthskale reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes communicated to enrolled students.
By enrolling in the Doctorate in Business Administration Program at Growthskale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
