Please be aware that, like any online transaction, our refund policy is subject to specific terms and conditions. By enrolling in Growtskale’s DBA Program, you acknowledge your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the stipulations detailed below.

Should a student choose to withdraw their enrollment, whether prior to or following the commencement of classes, they are required to notify Growthskale through email, or by submitting an official termination notice. The cancellation will be considered effective as of the date the notification is postmarked.

• Cancellation may be executed in person, through email, via Certified Mail, by means of termination, or it may become effective on the student’s final date of attendance or upon receipt of the written notice.
• Refunds for all payments will be issued if the institution rejects the application or if the student decides to cancel within three business days of signing the agreement and making the initial payment.
• If a cancellation takes place after admission but prior to the commencement of the first class, all payments will be refunded, with the exception of the registration fee, which will not exceed $200.00 or the amount that was paid.
• If a student withdraws during the first week of commencement of classes , there would be a partial refund of tuition fees , except for the registration fee. No refunds will be given after the first week of classes gets over.
• Following admission, any payments made by the student, with the exception of refundable deposits, will be forfeited. This policy is applicable in cases of dismissal, as well as voluntary or involuntary withdrawals from the institution, as outlined in the table below.
• There shall be no refund, whatsoever, of any amount including the registration charges, after 30 days of payment for enrolling in the program.

Growthskale retains the authority to delay or cancel an event, or to alter its venue, in the event of inadequate registrations, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or political unrest. In case Growthskale cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.In the UK, Consumer Protection Law ensures a 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchase. Meaning if the student purchases the online courses and does not consume the content / login, they should be entitled to a full refund within the 14 day window.

Duplicate Payments:

Refunds for duplicate payments made by delegates will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. This process will take place within 5 to 7 business days following the receipt of notification from the customer. 

Please note that all refunds will be completed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
